100% recycled, 100% recyclable plastic panels…

Smile Plastics rediscover the beauty and functionality hidden in the materials we traditionally class as ‘waste’. Working towards the circular economy, they design and make distinctive architectural panels and aesthetic surface products from pre- and post-consumer waste.

Produced in the UK, their innovative techniques, and hand-prepared approach form a unique assortment of unusual and distinctive sustainable materials. Their eco friendly materials are full of creativity and individuality, perfectly suited to a multitude of commercial applications including chairs & table tops! Offering different thicknesses (5mm, 12mm & 20mm) you can choose an eco-friendly material from one of the standard collections, or opt for something bespoke.

They offer a cutting and finishing service on all the recycled plastic sheets. Any scale of project is possible, from prototyping and one-off commissions to small and larger batch production.

Smile Plastics follow a zero-waste production model, & reuse all pieces generated by production (including off-cuts) and offer customers the possibility to reclaim the material. If you decide you no longer have use for your Smile Plastics materials, you can also choose to recycle them through the normal recycling channels.

They can also take back any off-cuts, plus any end-of-life recycled plastic boards & re-work them into new decorative panels, closing the loop and ensuring a full-circle industrial ecosystem.
