The Prices stated on our website, are a guide only and subject to change at point of Quote.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT, delivery, and installation. Please ask for a quote for delivery and/or installation – prices depend on distance, volume, service level and time on site. Quoted prices may change if the details of products, quantities, finishes, lead times, delivery, or installation change.

Quotes are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery lead-time is typically four to eight weeks from receipt of deposit, although suppliers’ holidays and order-specific administration (such as dispatching fabric) can extend this. Expected lead-times will be indicated at the point of Quote and we will confirm these once the order has been received and deposit paid.

We require a 50% deposit to progress to order, and the remaining 50% no later than one week prior to delivery, unless agreed otherwise.

Orders will only be processed once the deposit has been received and all Order Confirmation details (including but not limited to quantities, finishes, fabrics, and delivery dates) have been agreed.  On receipt of the deposit payment, Telegraph Contract Furniture Ltd will place orders with our supply chain. Please note, receipt of the deposit payment triggers a Design Freeze. Any additions, omissions or variations may not be possible and may be chargeable.

Delivery Options

Please specify your preference at point of Quote.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, unless otherwise agreed. Saturdays available on request.

Level 1

Drop off Delivery Only

Goods are dropped at curb side only.

The client is responsible for bringing the items into the property, assembly (if required) and packaging removal.

Level 2

Delivery and Assembly

Two-person delivery, unloading from a dedicated vehicle and delivered into site. All goods removed from packaging and assembled on site. Flat packed items (where possible) will be assembled before delivery. Assembled items left in a dedicated area on site. All packaging removed from site and fully recycled.

Level 3

Delivery, Assembly, and Installation

Minimum two-person delivery, unloading from a dedicated vehicle and delivered into site. All goods assembled and fully installed into position, from specified GA Plans.

All packaging removed from site and fully recycled.

Ex-Works (Collection)

Collection from our Manchester warehouse is available and will need to be pre-arranged with our logistics department.

Extra charges resulting from changes to delivery and installation arrangements with less than 48 hours warning will have to be paid for in full if costs are incurred by Telegraph Contract Furniture Ltd.

Customers are responsible for checking the goods at the time of delivery. Damaged, incorrect, or missing goods must be reported to us within two working days of delivery and/ or installation. Telegraph Contract Furniture Ltd accept no liability after this time.

All products remain the property of Telegraph Contract Furniture Ltd until invoices are paid for in full. If full payment is not made by the due date, we may take steps to recover the goods. This does not affect Telegraph Contract Furniture’s legal rights for collection of payment.

We offer a two-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all products. This may be extended depending on the products provided, with written agreement.
