The Project

Telegraph Contract Furniture worked closely with the client and designers to fulfil the brief of a boutique hotel that embraces the exceptional history of its location: a stunning 18th century Georgian style Grade I listed building.

This included producing beautiful bespoke items in the UK in order to create furniture unique to this project, making a warm and inviting space to get away. This includes the Wave Sofa and tables.

The design reflects Bath’s unique literary history. With plenty of cosy bespoke armchairs nestled under reading lights, rich wood accents and Kontor chairs accompanying writing desks in the ‘Literary Hideaway’ rooms.

By manufacturing all bespoke items in the UK, Hotel Indigo Bath seamlessly articulates the best of British culture and history.

Some of our favourite pieces for this project include the Kontor Desk Chair, Royal Lounge Chair, and Fly Armchair – three impeccably designed chairs that bring a uniquely contemporary twist to classic models.
