We are happy to discuss in the early stages of quoting, to cover your delivery & installation requirements.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, unless otherwise agreed. Saturdays available on request.

Level 1

Drop off Delivery Only

Goods are dropped at curb side only.

The client is responsible for bringing the items into the property, assembly (if required) and packaging removal.

Level 2

Delivery and Assembly

Two-person delivery, unloading from a dedicated vehicle and delivered into site. All goods removed from packaging and assembled on site. Flat packed items (where possible) will be assembled before delivery. Assembled items left in a dedicated area on site. All packaging removed from site and fully recycled.

Level 3

Delivery, Assembly & Installation

Minimum two-person delivery, unloading from a dedicated vehicle and delivered into site. All goods assembled and fully installed into position, from specified GA Plans.

All packaging removed from site and fully recycled.

Ex-Works (Collection)

Collection from our Manchester warehouse is available and will need to be pre-arranged with our logistics department.

Extra charges resulting from changes to delivery and installation arrangements with less than 48 hours warning will have to be paid for in full if costs are incurred by Telegraph Contract Furniture Ltd.

NOTES

  • All prices are based on ground floor delivery only. If you require installation over multiple floors, please advise the sales team at quote stage.
  • Please advise us of the access arrangements- by stairs only, standard lifts or goods lift etc at quote stage.
  • If our installation team arrives on site and the agreed access is not available, there may be additional charges (relates to levels 2&3).
  • If we arrive on site for full installation, and site is not ready to receive furniture e.g., still a working/construction site, Telegraph will not be held liable for any reported damage after we have left site (relates to levels 2&3) and you may be charged abortive/ additional charges.
  • Our installation team will have a delivery note for the client to sign. At this point, please check for anything delivered damaged or not to your satisfaction so we can action as soon as possible. As per our terms and conditions any damages or issues with the goods delivered must be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery. If you report any damages or issues after this time, it may result in additional fees.
