Telegraph Contract Furniture were appointed to supply contract‑grade furniture for the newly developed co‑working space at Park House in Leeds, a project designed to support the growing demand for flexible, design‑led workplace environments in the city centre.

Designed by AXI Studios (Manchester), the interior concept required furniture that balanced comfort, durability and contemporary style — essential qualities for a high‑use co‑working setting. The pieces specified were selected to enhance productivity, encourage collaboration, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for professionals seeking a modern, flexible working option in the heart of Leeds.

Our team supplied a curated mix of lounge seating, work chairs, meeting furniture and breakout pieces, all chosen to complement AXI Studios’ design direction while meeting the functional needs of a busy shared workspace.
